Welcome to LUNARC ENTERPRISES. By accessing our website or using our courier services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services

LUNARC ENTERPRISES provides courier and logistics services within Nigeria. We reserve the right to refuse any shipment that violates safety regulations or our internal policies.

2. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate sender and receiver information.
• You are responsible for ensuring items are properly packaged for transit.
• You must not use our service to transport illegal items (e.g., narcotics, explosives, firearms, or contraband).

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN).
• Payments must be made in full before or upon pickup/delivery as specified at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to revise prices based on fuel hikes, distance, or weight discrepancies.

4. Prohibited Items

We do not carry:

• Fragile items not properly declared/packaged.
• Perishable goods (unless specifically agreed upon).
• High-value currency, jewelry, or precious stones.
• Illegal substances under Nigerian Law.

5. Liability and Insurance

• While we handle every package with care, LUNARC ENTERPRISES is not liable for loss or damage caused by “Acts of God” (accidents, weather, etc.) or improper packaging by the sender.
• Our liability for lost items is limited to a maximum amount specified in our service agreement unless additional insurance was purchased.

6. Delivery Timelines

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by traffic, weather, or vehicle breakdown do not entitle the customer to a full refund.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service to any user who violates these terms or engages in harassing behavior toward our dispatch riders or staff.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
